Court has started hearing on Atiku’s case against Buhari’s election

 

A Nigerian Court, Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday began hearing of the suit challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s election.

Former Vice President and presidential candidate of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku on Tuesday filed a petition, seeking order of the court to compel the electoral umpire to allow the PDP inspect electoral material used in the February 23rd, presidential election.

A three-man panel led by Justice Abdul Aboki is currently listening to the lawyer of Atiku and PDP, Chris Uche, SAN.
