Buhari ‘stole’ his ‘Next Level’ slogan and Logo

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari’s ‘Next Level’ campaign slogan and logo were lifted verbatim from another platform, the Rex Institute, Winthrop University, Discover Africa News has confirmed.

An opposition media strategist, Reno Omokri tweeted that plagiarized page. “President @MBuhari called Nigerian youths lazy. Who is lazy between Nigerian youths who created Nollywood and a President with no plans for the future that stole #NextLevel from Associate Professor Kelly Costner? I call on #LazyNigerianYouths to retweet #LazyNigerianPresident. Not only do they plagiarise speeches (‘I belong to everybody, I belong to nobody’), @MBuhari and @OfficialAPCNg are so intellectually lazy & empty that they plagiarised #NextLevel from The Rex Institute. Can such people take you to any level? Follow @Atiku. The man with the plan! Discover Africa News confirmed this by visiting the original platform that own the idea at http://www2.winthrop.edu/rex/rex/next_level.html

Buhari on Sunday launched his campaign with slogan and Logo with exactly the same images it lifted from Rex Institute. Of its Next Level idea, the Rex Institute wrote: “All students deserve a high quality education. Project NExT LEVEL provides professional learning opportunities for educators from pre-service to in-service to district and higher education faculty aimed at meeting the unique needs of English Learners and their families”.
